PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY OF CIELO - MAYORISTA ONLINE, S.A.
Pursuant to Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 th December, on personal
data protection (hereinafter, LOPD), and to all other applicable law,
Mayorista Online, S.A. (hereinafter, Mayorista), with registered office at
Street: C./ Marcos Redondo 22, Building: Edificio Maldivas, Office: 1-1 La
Pineda 43481 Tarragona, registered at the Tarragona Companies Registry in
volume 2080, folio 71, page T-31096, and holder of tax ID No. (NIF) A-43801604,
hereby informs its clients and any other third party who might provide his or
her personal data to the company of its Personal Data Protection Policy
(hereinafter, the Policy).
This Policy applies to the collection of personal data by Mayorista by any
means, such as written or electronic correspondence, communication of data by
telephone or through the completion of any form on Mayoristas websites,
www.go-cielo.com (hereinafter, the Websites). It is understood that
any user of the Websites, client and/or third party (hereinafter, jointly, the
User) who provides his or her personal data to Mayorista does so freely and
voluntarily and grants his or her express and unequivocal authorisation.
Mayorista hereby informs the User that the data he or she enters when
registering for the Websites will be included in a file called Clients and
Users that is managed by Mayorista and located at Mayoristas registered office
and that has been duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Mayorista will use the data provided by the User for the purposes of: (i)
managing and providing those services that the User requests from Mayorista, as
well as taking all necessary administrative steps to ensure proper maintenance
of the relationship established between the User and Mayorista; (ii) managing,
providing and enhancing the services to which the User has subscribed; and
(iii) communicating new products, offers, activities and other commercial
information that Mayorista deems may be of interest to the User. Mayorista will
establish a simple, cost-free procedure to enable the User to request not to
receive the said information. The User expressly provides his or her consent
for the personal data he or she provides or may provide in future to Mayorista
to be included in the said file and be used by Mayorista for the legitimate
purposes set out in this Policy.
The titleholder of the data may exercise, at any time, his or her rights of
access, modification, opposition and cancellation pursuant to the terms of
applicable law. To this end, he or she must e-mail his or her request to the
relevant address, that is, to customerservice@go-cielo.com ,
or send it in writing to Mayoristas registered office .
Unless otherwise specifically established, Users must provide all data
requested for registration on the Websites. Otherwise, Mayorista may, at its
own discretion, choose to deny access to or use of the services offered on the
said Websites or choose not to process the request in question.
The titleholder of the data expressly authorises Mayorista to disclose such
data as may be necessary to ensure proper provision of the requested services
to third-party providers of the purchased services or products or to the member
company of its business group, Servicio Inmobiliarios Sant Just, S.L.
Mayorista shall disclose the data to any public body that legally so requires.
In particular, and pursuant to the agreement reached between the Customs
Department of the United States of America and the European Commission
concerning Air and Transport Safety, the User expressly authorises Mayorista to
disclose the personal data he or she provides to the United States Customs
Department.
Mayorista hereby guarantees that it will apply the security measures required
by law to the files in order to ensure the strict confidentiality of the data.
Likewise, Mayorista will implement all available technical measures to
guarantee the secure transfer of data to and from the Websites.
Mayorista hereby informs the User that the Websites use cookies in order to
increase the agility of the service offered, and that these cookies identify
each User for the purposes of facilitating his or her navigation of the said
Websites. Under no circumstances shall other invisible data-processing systems
be used without first informing the User by means of the corresponding
Websites.
Should Mayorista establish specific terms for data protection with regard to a
given service, in case of discrepancy between the said terms and this Policy,
the specific terms will take precedence.
Mayorista reserves the right to modify its Data Protection Policy in accordance
with applicable legislation or its activities at any time. Any modification of
the Data Protection Policy shall be published on the Websites and be accessible
to any individual and shall take effect from the time of its publication.
